Brian was the valedictorian of his graduating class and furthered his education by attending Brigham Young University. He graduated in 1996 on the honor roll with a major in communications and a minor in business.

Since 1997, Brian has been the top-producing Real Estate Agent in Kerman, participating in over one hundred transactions a year. Because of his many exclusive financial resources and proven methods of dealing in Real Estate, he is able to help when most say the job cannot be done. Your home is one of the biggest investments you'll make; therefore, it is his professional duty to serve you properly in either the buying or selling of your home, farm or business. Moreover, he has also participated in the development or marketing of five subdivisions that consisted of nearly 200 homes. In 2021, Brian was promoted to president of Boyd & Associates.

Brian is also fluent in Spanish and maintains the highest levels of ethical standards. He believes it is important to have balance in his life. He enjoys spending time with his wife Cyndi, his three adult children- Dylan, Mallori, and Trent, and his granddaughter Victoria. When he is not with his family, Brian is striving to give back as he has personally traveled to Mexico, Ecuador, and other locales to give humanitarian service and aid. Brian has also given his time to local endeavors such as youth baseball, the Boy Scouts of America, various community service projects, and personal service in his church.
